We are the parents that support the Vocal Music Programs at Bunsold Middle School and Marysville High School. We provide volunteers, raise money and cheer for our choirs. All parents of vocal music students are welcome and encouraged to become active in our organization. There is no boosters membership fee, other than the choir fees that all students pay. The earnings from our fundraisers are used to purchase equipment, music and to provide scholarships for high school and college students.


Our monthly meetings are on the 4th Thursday of the month, from September to April at 8:00pm in the MHS Monarch Commons. All parents of vocal music students at BMS and MHS are welcome to attend the meetings.

During the school year, the Choral Boosters host three events: 
1. Cabaret Night Variety Show and Silent Auction (November 19, 2016)  
2. Holiday Reception - fellowship, food, and fun after the MHS Holiday Concert  
3. MHS Showcase Show Choir Invitational - where choirs compete (January 20 & 21, 2017)

This group of directors and parents manages our boosters organization with integrity, honesty and with an open communications flow between all members. Please feel free to contact any member of the Executive Committee at any time with questions or concerns. Officers on the 2016 - 17 Executive Committee are:

The Choral Boosters manage a large portion of the finances for the choirs. In order to pay for robes, costumes, competitions, buses, choreographers, risers, etc, we fund-raise and also ask parents to pay fees. The fees for MHS Symphonic, Concert & Women's Select Choirs are outlined on the MHS Choirs page. Show Choir fees (MHS and BMS) information can be obtained by contacting any member of the Executive Committee. There is a $10 fee for BMS 7th and 8th grade choirs.

All payments can be mailed to Marysville Choral Boosters , PO Box 554, Marysville Ohio 43040  or dropped in the White Mailbox on the wall of the Choir office at MHS  or the Black Mail box in the choir room at BMS. 

If you are in a hardship situation and wish to seek financial assistance from the boosters, please communicate with the Executive Committee using our Financial Aid Form (click here to view the Financial Aid form). The aid request can be in the form of a monetary value (like a grant) or a request for extra time to meet a payment deadline. It is our hope that families in this difficult situation will communicate with the officers and will take full advantage of our fundraising programs. Once the form is received, the Executive Committee will discuss the request and respond asap to the parents in need.
Fees Can be paid online here using Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card.  There will be a 3.5% fee for payments made with debit or credit card to cover processing fees. 


Parent volunteers assist the Directors as Chaperones at every competition. The Chaperones help with communications, logistics, mending and other minor issues as they arise. We typically take four chaperones to each competition, and the Boosters pay competition entry fees for each chaperone. All chaperones must be approved by the MEVSD Board of Education.  Please complete the Screenpointe form (day trips) and the BCI form (overnight trips) if you are interested in chaperoning and have not already been approved by the BOE.  If you have any questions about chaperoning, please contact the appropriate Chairperson:
